When are microsoft coming out with an update to the mac version of windows live messenger?

I heard that there was going to be an update so you can do video calls with windows users? Is this true? When will it be coming out?

It doesn’t matter. Why not? Because you can do this with google mail now. I was using the video messaging earlier today between two macs in different parts of the country. Nothing to download, up and running in a few minutes.
