Producer/Writer/Director/Actor Emmitt Thrower and his non-profit organization Wabi Sabi Productions are bringing social issues to the stage in New York City with Katrina: A Whole Lotta Water. Born in Dallas, Arkansas, Thrower came to the Big Apple when he was six years old and grew up in Brooklyn. Currently he is a resident of the Bronx. What is Cerebral Palsy?
Cerebral palsy is an umbrella-like term used to describe a group of chronic disorders impairing control of movement that appear in the first few years of life and generally do not worsen over time.
